Coordinator to support our COO and manage key project initiatives.
This role uniquely combines Executive Administration and high-level Project Management. The Executive Admin
&
Project Coordinator will support leadership in a variety of activities, as outlined in the responsibilities,
while
serving as a key point of coordination for multiple ongoing projects. The role is crucial for ensuring
smooth
operations, clear communication, and timely project execution across teams, helping to centralize control
and
streamline efforts within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Administrative Support:
Coordinate internal and
external activities, including meetings,
client documentation, and proposal assembly.
Manage the company CRM
(HubSpot) for client records, sales
processes, and marketing integration.
Serve as a key client
interface, ensuring smooth communication and
follow-ups.
Project Coordination:
Create and manage
project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with
consulting teams to track project milestones and
deadlines.
Prepare project
communication materials and updates for internal and
external stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales,
Solutions Delivery, and Accounting to ensure
proper internal control of project operations.
Identify and report
project risks, providing solutions to mitigate
them.
Work Environment:
75% remote, with in-person meetings required for coordination with the COO and project leadership.
Starting as a part-time role (20 hours minimum) with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on
performance and business needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting executives in a consulting firm environment.
Strong background in project coordination or management, with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice to have: Experience with QuickBooks or familiarity with financial processes.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Must be located in the Denver, CO area.
Sr. Reliability Excellence Consultant

Job Summary:
Asset Analytix a leading consultancy and technology company is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Reliability
Excellence Consultant to lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing asset reliability, maximizing uptime,
and improving work management processes.
This role is responsible for driving high-level consultancy efforts and taking the lead on projects where the
broader team supports and follows this role's direction. The consultant will engage with senior client
leadership (such as Corporate program owners, Plant Management, Heads of Engineering, Operations Excellence and
other corporate leaders). This role also works tactically, deploying guidance and consultancy with end-user
teams (including maintenance planners, schedulers, technicians, and operators), ensuring alignment across all
levels.
With a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and global Maintenance/Reliability Excellence programs,
the candidate must be capable of delivering sustainable improvements in reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead
consultant on asset reliability improvement projects, providing strategic direction to client teams while
leading the project execution and guiding supporting team members.
Drive optimization of
asset reliability and uptime through advanced asset reliability strategies, and work management processes,
ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate closely
with senior leadership on Operational Excellence strategies, ensuring alignment between reliability
objectives and business goals.
Provide expert advice
on optimizing preventive maintenance (PMOptimization/FMEA), and work management processes (planning,
scheduling, and resource allocation) to increase productivity and reliability.
Apply Lean principles
to maintenance operations, focusing on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
Engage with tactical
teams (maintenance planners, schedulers, and technicians) to implement and sustain best practices for
operational performance.
Monitor program
performance, using data-driven metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Lead the delivery of
consultancy services and be the Point of Contact for Asset Analytix through a combination of remote and
on-site support, ensuring consistent client engagement and excellence in service delivery.
Collaborate with the
COO to refine service offerings and internal processes, contributing to continuous innovation within the
company.
Travel as required
(30-50%) to client sites for project leadership, strategic consultation, and operational coaching
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of
experience in reliability engineering, maintenance management, or related consultancy roles, with a focus on
asset reliability, uptime, and work process optimization in corporate and global Maintenance/Reliability
Excellence programs.
Expertise:
Strong experience in
driving improvements in asset reliability and operational uptime through optimized work processes.
In-depth knowledge of
CMMS systems and their critical role in enhancing asset management and work management processes.
Proven expertise in
Lean methodology and its application to maintenance and reliability processes for continuous improvement.
Leadership experience
in guiding tactical teams (planners, schedulers, technicians) to achieve operational excellence.
Ability to lead and
coach senior client leadership teams on best practices in reliability and work management.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership
and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives while effectively guiding
tactical-level teams.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities, especially in diagnosing and resolving reliability and uptime challenges.
Excellent project
management skills, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project
outcomes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
engineering, maintenance management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications
(e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP) are a plus.
